(http://www.egm.net) welcomes James Baehr to the EGM team as Director of Sales, responsible for promoting and selling EGM’s solution to the electric utility market.  With over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, engineering, OT/IT, and operations of utility systems, working for both utilities and system vendors, Jim brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.   

“This is a great opportunity to introduce EGM’s state-of-the-art system and technology to the utility market,” said Mr. Baehr. “I see EGM systems modernizing the grid for greater resiliency, enhancing operational effectiveness, and providing needed and accurate decision-making information to meet the challenges that utilities are facing.”

Mr. Baehr presents on various topics at seminars, municipal associations, E&O conferences, meter schools, and industry events in the area of ADMS, SCADA, OMS, OT/IT systems, cybersecurity, communications and protocols.  “Representing EGM at future events, Jim will not only talk about the technical areas of our Meta-Alert™ solution,” said Dr. Levran, “he will introduce our innovative grid modernization solutions for smart cities in the near future, with accurate fault location detection™ (AFLD™) and other game-changing technologies with operational savings.”
